Can I share my account with my partner or caregiver?

Yes — you can invite partners, caregivers, or even pediatricians to share access to your child’s journal.

Yes. You can involve your partner or another caregiver, but the best approach is to invite them so everyone has their own access instead of sharing one login.

Best practice

Use caregiver invites rather than handing around one account login. That keeps access clearer and makes it easier to control who can see which child.

Why invites are better than sharing one login

  • Each person can access Kiri with their own identity.

  • You can decide which child or children an invite applies to.

  • It is easier to manage access later if someone should no longer be included.

How to invite someone

  • Open Settings.

  • Go to Parent and Caregivers.

  • Send an invite to the person you want to add.
