Can I share my account with my partner or caregiver?

Yes — you can invite partners, caregivers, or even pediatricians to share access to your child’s journal.

Updated over a month ago

Kiri was built for families and care teams. Instead of passing around a single login, you can invite others directly so they get their own secure access.

👥 Invite partners and caregivers

  • Go to Settings → Caregivers.

  • Enter your partner’s or caregiver’s email address.

  • Choose the child (or children) they should have access to.

  • They’ll get an invite to create their own account and log in.

🔄 What they can do

  • Log entries by voice, manually, or with timers.

  • View your child’s journal, timeline, and reports.

  • Stay in sync with you in real time.

⚠️ A note on child-specific access

  • Invites are sent per child profile.

  • If your caregiver should see more than one child, make sure you invite them to each child individually.

📧 If they didn’t get the email

  • Ask them to download the Kiri app and sign up with the same email address you invited.

  • Their account will automatically link to the child once they log in.

👉 Summary: Yes — you can securely share your child’s journal by inviting your partner or caregiver. Each person has their own login, and you choose which children they can see.
