Can caregivers see all children?

Caregiver access is child-specific — you choose which profiles they can see.

Updated over a month ago

Caregivers in Kiri only see the children you’ve invited them to. This way, you stay in control of who has access to each child’s journal.

👥 Child-specific invites

  • When you invite a parent, caregiver, or pediatrician, the invite applies to a specific child profile.

  • If you want them to see more than one child, you’ll need to invite them to each child separately.

🔄 What caregivers see

  • Once invited, caregivers can log entries, view the journal, and see reports for that child.

  • They won’t see other children unless you’ve explicitly invited them.

📧 If they only see one child

  • Double-check that you’ve sent them an invite for every child they should access.

  • If they didn’t get the invite email, ask them to download the app and sign up with the same email address you used — the link will work automatically.

👉 Summary: Caregivers only see the children they’re invited to. To give them access to multiple children, send invites for each profile separately.
