Can multiple caregivers log entries for the same child?

Yes — you can share Kiri with your partner, family members, or other caregivers.

Updated over a week ago

Kiri makes it easy for multiple people to log and view entries for the same child. That way, everyone caring for your little one stays on the same page.

👥 Invite caregivers

  • You can invite parents, caregivers, or pediatricians directly from the app by tapping the 3-dot settings icon in the top right, tapping 'Parents and Caregivers', and then invite.

  • Once they accept the invite and log in, they’ll have access to that child’s journal.

  • Invites are child-specific — so if someone should see more than one child, make sure you’ve invited them to each profile.

  • Caregivers and pediatricians can't add children and can't edit other people's entries.

🔄 Real-time syncing

  • All data is shared instantly across devices.

  • If a caregiver logs a feed, diaper, or sleep session, it shows up right away in your timeline.

📧 If the invite email doesn’t arrive

Sometimes the invite email might get lost in spam or not show up at all. No problem — just ask the caregiver to:

  1. Download the Kiri app.

  2. Create an account with the same email address you used to send the invite.

  3. They’ll be automatically linked to the child’s profile once they sign in.

👉 Summary: Yes — multiple caregivers can log entries for the same child. Just send them an invite, and once they log in, they’ll see the child’s journal in real time.
