Visit transcripts are private to parents by design. This protects the sensitive medical conversation you had with your provider and ensures caregivers only see what you choose to share with them.
What parents can see
The full visit transcript.
All Key Things to Remember.
Reminder drafts and accepted reminders.
Clinical explanations and medication review.
Photos captured during the visit.
What caregivers can see
Key Things to Remember — the extracted takeaways, not the raw transcript.
Any reminders that were accepted and added to the shared family record.
Caregivers do not see the transcript, recording, or reminder drafts.
Consent is logged
When you tap Doctor agreed — start recording, the timestamp and consent status are saved with the visit record. This creates a clear record that permission was given before the microphone activated.
Where transcripts are stored
Transcripts are encrypted and stored securely in your child's record. They are not shared with third parties or used to train AI models. For full details on data handling, see the Privacy, Security & Compliance section.
Deleting a visit
Deleting a saved visit removes the transcript, key things, and all associated data permanently. This cannot be undone.
