How to set up reminders from a visit

Reminder drafts are Kiri's suggestions based on what the doctor said. You review them after the visit and decide which ones to keep — nothing fires automatically without your approval.

Reminder drafts vs. accepted reminders

  • A reminder draft is a suggestion. It sits in your visit recap until you review it. It never triggers a notification on its own.

  • An accepted reminder is one you chose to keep. It moves into your Reminders list and fires at the time you set.

How to accept a draft

  • In the Recap step (or any time you open the saved visit), find the reminder draft in the Reminder drafts section.

  • Tap the draft to open it.

  • Adjust the type, timing, or label if needed.

  • Tap Save reminder to confirm it.

Up Next follow-up cards

A few hours after a completed visit, Kiri may show a card in Today > Up Next called Review your visit notes. Tapping it takes you back to the visit recap so you can confirm the key things are accurate before too much time passes.

Setting up reminders from a past visit

  • Open the Visit tab.

  • Scroll to Previous visits and tap the visit.

  • The Reminder drafts section shows any drafts you did not accept yet.

What kinds of reminders Kiri suggests

  • Medication — dose, frequency, and duration mentioned during the visit.

  • Follow-up appointment — "come back in two weeks" style instructions.

  • Check-in — "call us if the fever doesn't break" or similar safety instructions (these appear as Up Next check-in cards, not as standard reminders).
