How do I log growth measurements?

Track your child’s weight, height, and head circumference with ease.

Updated over a week ago

You can log growth measurements in two ways:

📝 Manual logging

  1. Open the Entry screen.

  2. Pick the type of measurement:

    • ⚖️ Weight

    • 📏 Height/Length

    • 🧠 Head circumference

  3. Enter the value, then choose imperial (lbs, inches) or metric (kg, cm).

  4. Save, and the measurement will appear in your child’s timeline and reports.

🎙️ Voice logging

Simply tap the microphone button and say something like:

  • “Ella weighed 8.2 kilograms today.”

  • “Log Jack’s height as 28 inches.”

  • “Sarah’s head circumference was 44 centimeters.”

Kiri will recognize the measurement and add it automatically.

⏱️ Backdating

If the measurement happened earlier (e.g., at a doctor’s visit), just tap the time field (“Now”) to change the date and time.

👨‍👩‍👧 Caregiver Sync

All caregivers connected to your child will see the same growth records in real time.

👉 Summary: On the Entry screen, tap the activity selector (or use voice logging) to record weight, height, or head circumference. Supports both imperial and metric units.
