If you’d rather enter details yourself (instead of using voice logging), Kiri makes manual logging quick and flexible. Here’s how it works:
👶 Choose the child
On the entry screen, tap your child’s name at the top.
If you have more than one child, you can quickly swipe left or right to switch between them.
🎯 Select the activity type
Tap the activity icon (sleep, feed, diaper, solids, measurement, tummy time, etc.).
The screen will change to show the right options for that activity.
🍼 Add details
Depending on the activity, you can include extra information:
Bottle feed → amount (oz/ml), type of milk, contents.
Breastfeed → use the built-in timer to track each side.
Solids → type of food your child ate.
Diaper → kind (wet, dirty, both), color, and contents.
Measurements → weight, height, head circumference, temperature (switch between imperial or metric).
⏱️ Timers
Sleep: Start a timer to track naps or bedtime — you’ll see a dial around the circle showing progress.
Breastfeeding: Start/stop a timer for each side.
You can also start timers from a widget on your iPhone lock screen or directly from your Apple Watch.
👉 Summary: To add an entry manually, pick your child, select the activity, and fill in the details. Kiri gives you options like timers, unit choices (imperial/metric), and customizable fields to make logging as accurate as you need.
