What can I log from my Watch?

Use quick voice logging or timers right from your wrist.

Updated over a week ago

With Kiri on your Apple Watch, you can capture important moments without reaching for your phone. It’s perfect for when you’re holding your baby, on the go, or just want faster access.

🎙 Voice logging

  • Tap the microphone icon on your Watch.

  • Speak naturally to log any supported event:

    • Sleep

    • Breastfeeding or bottle feeds

    • Solids

    • Diapers

    • Tummy time

    • Growth metrics (weight, height, head circumference, temperature)

  • Your voice command will be sent to Kiri and saved in your child’s journal.

⏱ Timers

  • Sleep timer → Start when your baby falls asleep, stop when they wake.

  • Breastfeeding timer → Track left and right sides separately, just like in the iPhone app.

Timers also show as Live Activities on supported iPhones and sync in the app and widgets, so you can always keep track of progress.

👉 Summary: On your Apple Watch, you can log all event types by voice and track sleep or breastfeeding with built-in timers — fast, simple, and hands-free.
