No. Voice logging needs an internet connection so Kiri can process what you said and turn it into the right entry.
Why voice logging is online
When you speak, Kiri processes the voice input through connected services. Without a connection, you should not expect voice logging to work reliably.
What to do if you are offline
Log the event manually instead.
Add the entry later when you are connected again.
Use short notes if you need a quick reminder to yourself in the meantime.
