The pediatric report is a PDF summary of your child's recent health data — feeds, sleep, growth, and more — that you can share with a provider before or during an appointment so they have context without you having to recite it all from memory.
Open the pediatric report
From the Visit tab, scroll to the Pediatric report section and tap View report.
During an active Visit session (Record step), tap the document icon in the toolbar to open it without leaving the recording.
Choosing a time window
You can adjust the report to cover the past 4 weeks, 3 months, or 6 months of data. Choose the window that matches what your provider needs.
Sharing or printing
Tap the share icon to send the PDF via AirDrop, email, or your patient portal app.
Tap print to send it directly to an AirPrint printer.
What the report includes
Child profile information (age, weight, height).
Recent sleep, feeding, diaper, and activity logs.
Growth measurements and percentile context.
Active medications and current conditions being tracked.
