If you sign in with email, Kiri uses a code or magic link flow rather than a traditional password. That means many families do not need a classic password reset at all.
If you use email sign-in
Ask Kiri to send a fresh code or magic link and use that to sign in.
If you use Apple or Google sign-in
Your sign-in method is managed by Apple or Google, so any password changes happen through that provider, not inside Kiri.
